  • Refunds are available for any glass product that arrives defective, damaged, or is incorrectly shipped by expoglasshut.store.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund

  3. Return: Return the product using the instructions provided. For cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, return shipping is free. In other situations, return shipping may be at the customer's expense.

Refund Process
