How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your glass product order.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all labels and accessories intact.
  3. Request: Email us at support@expoglasshut.store or use our Contact Us form. Kindly include your order number and details about the product(s) you would like to exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Glass products that arrive defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • Unused glass items in their original condition and packaging.

Exchange Terms:

  • Return shipping is FREE for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
    For other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will provide a replacement product or store credit according to your preference.
  • Products not meeting the exchange conditions or requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Used, damaged, or modified glass items, or those missing original packaging or tags.
  • Customized or made-to-order glass products, as well as any items purchased from clearance or final sale sections.
